Corinium Roman Villa
Corinium Roman Villa is modelled on the rustic villas of ancient Rome and central to the many attractions of the southern Fleurieu such as Deep Creek Conservation Park, endless beaches and walks through rolling countryside. Corinium is a peaceful retreat combining “earthy” with modern facilities.
Building The Villa
Building The Villa. We bought 43 acres with spectacular views. The site was perfect for our project with water and electricity. The earth for the walls was quarried locally, graded and stabilized with cement. The moistened earth was put into formwork and rammed with a pneumatic rammer.
